ၿဗိတိန္ႏုိင္ငံရဲ့ National Collaborating Center for Mental Health အဖြဲ႔က ထုတ္ေ၀ခဲ့တဲ့ အစီရင္ခံစာထဲမွာ ကုိယ္၀န္ဖ်က္ခ်မႈေတြေၾကာင့္ အမ်ဳိးသမီးေတြရဲ့ စိုးရိမ္မႈေတြနဲ႔ စိတ္ဓာတ္က်မႈေတြအပါအ၀င္ တျခားစိတ္က်န္းမာေရးဆုိင္ရာ ျပႆနာေတြျဖစ္ပြားမႈႏႈန္းကို မျမင့္မားေစပါဘူးလုိ႔ ေဖာ္ျပထားပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ မလိုခ်င္တဲ့ ကိုယ္၀န္ေဆာင္ေနရတဲ့ အမ်ဳိးသမီးေတြအတြက္ကေတာ့ စိတ္က်န္းမာေရးျပႆနာက ပိုမုိျမင့္မားႏုိင္တယ္လို႔ အစီရင္ခံစာက ဆုိထားပါတယ္။
"ေယဘုယ်အားျဖင့္ အမ်ဳိးသမီး ၁၁-၁၂ ရာခုိင္ႏႈန္းခန္႔မွာ စိုးရိမ္ေၾကာင့္ၾကမႈမ်ား၊ စိတ္က်ေ၀ဒနာကဲ့သုိ႔ စိတ္က်န္းမာေရးျပႆနာမ်ားကို ခံစားေနၾကရသည္။ သုိ႔ေသာ္ မလိုခ်င္ေသာ ကုိယ္၀န္ေဆာင္ထားသည့္ အမ်ဳိးသမီးမ်ားၾကားတြင္မူ စိတ္က်န္းမာေရးျပႆနာ ခံစားရမႈရာခုိင္ႏႈန္းမွာ ၃ ပံု ၁ ပံုထိ ျမင့္မားသည္" ဟု အစီရင္ခံစာတြင္ ေဖာ္ျပထားသည္။
စိတ္က်န္းမာေရးစင္တာရဲ့ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးျဖစ္သူ ေဒါက္တာ Tim Kendall က "မလိုခ်င္တဲ့ ကုိယ္၀န္ေဆာင္မႈဟာ ဘာေၾကာင့္ အရမ္းျပႆနာမ်ားရလဲဆုိတဲ့အေၾကာင္း က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ ေသခ်ာ ၾကည့္ဖုိ႔လုိတယ္။ အဲဒီအမ်ဳိးသမီးေတြကို အျမန္ဆံုး အကူအညီေပးဖုိ႔လည္း က်ေနာ္တို႔ ႀကိဳးစားဖုိ႔လိုအတယ္။ အဲဒီလုိမွမဟုတ္ရင္ သူတုိ႔အတြက္ အႏၱရာယ္ပိုမ်ားလိမ့္မယ္" လို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။
အစီရင္ခံစာပါ ေလ့လာခ်က္ေတြဟာ ကမၻာတ၀ွမ္းမွာရွိတဲ့ မလုိခ်င္ပဲ ကိုယ္၀န္ေဆာင္ထားတဲ့ အမ်ဳိးသမီးသန္းေပါင္းမ်ားစြာနဲ႔ ျပဳလုပ္ထားတဲ့ ေလ့လာသံုးသပ္ခ်က္မ်ားအေပၚ အေျခခံထားတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
